Business consultant and financial expert, accredited by RAA - SIC (COL), with more than 25 years of professional, managerial, and executive experience in financial institutions, public entities, and companies in the real-estate sector.

Columnist for the newspaper Portafolio of the El Tiempo publishing house from 2008 to 2017, investigative articles for La República and El Espectador, and former member of the Center for Colombian Studies. He is a professional in international trade with a focus on senior management and a specialist with a postgraduate degree in corporate finance from CESA (College of Advanced Studies in Administration).

The CEO of HHC SAS has served as a business representative for Accumyn Consulting LLC (Houston, Texas) and as CFO of Caicedo Asociados C&A. He is a speaker and consultant on business management, leadership, workforce skills, industry analysis, banking and finance, and property valuation.

In business valuation, equity, and damages, he is registered with the RAA (Regional Association of Companies) of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce and is registered with the ANA (National Association of Self-Regulatory Authorities), the accredited self-regulatory body (ERA). He is also accredited with the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and Medellín.


In the Colombian financial sector, he served as Deputy General Manager of Icetex, responsible for fund management, and as International Business Manager, National Operations Manager, and National Banking Manager at Banco Unión Colombiano, which was absorbed by Banco de Occidente (1993-2003). He initially worked at Banco Tequendama, Curacao, Off Shore (1992-1993). He was a member of the International Committee of Asobancaria and a university professor on exchange rate regimes and payment methods. He was Deputy General Manager of Icetex in Colombia, responsible for funds management and fiduciary operations with local entities (2003-2007).

Banco Tequendama Curacao, Banco Unión Colombiano (absorbed by Banco de Occidente), Icetex, Caicedo Asociados C&A, and HHC. He served as a member of the international committee of Asobancaria (Association of Banks of Colombia). He has worked on government projects with the Ministries of National Education, Finance and Public Credit, Interior and Justice, Telecommunications, Energy and Mines, and institutions such as Colciencias, Aerocivil, and SENA. He also participated in high-level negotiations with indigenous and Afro-Colombian communities.

 

Responsible for financial structuring of investment projects in Cartagena, business valuations, IPS in Córdoba, and the Educational Group in Cajicá. Leader and responsible for financial structuring and financial and operational opinions in arbitration and judicial disputes in multiple cases involving construction and transportation companies, and other cases with the law firm Caicedo Asociados C&A since 2008. Budget modeling for TCCC (Tejano Center for Community Concerns).
